The wind is still howling and snow is falling. This is one indecisive Spring. Despite the inclement weather, nature is showing at its previously scheduled time. Migratory birds are returning, grass is pushing up and wildflowers are blooming.
Say’s Phoebes, Western Bluebirds, Swallows, and Western Meadowlarks have returned to raise their little ones and male birds who call this area their permanent home have spruced themselves up in order to impress a mate.
