This is definitely one of the next pages to get content… We’re working on a grant to support us hosting a design-build competition among university engineering and architecture departments to build 3-5 fully “sustainable” cottages on the property.

One of these cottages will be set aside for an artist/start-up in residence. We will hold periodic competitions on-line to host aspiring artists and entrepreneurs for 2-6 months with free room and board. These lucky individuals will get full access to the workshops and studio space, be able to live bill-free for the duration of their time, with the only caveat being that they work hard on their dreams and share something of their experience with others.

The other cabins will be utilized to host clients for Culture Sculptor seminars and eco-retreat B&B guests looking to learn about organic gardening, folk crafts, slow food, green technologies, sustainable living and a different pace of life.
